All orders will be processed and shipped within 7 working days of receipt of order, with the exception of memorabilia that contains a medallion or other items posted to us by the customer. In this case, it will be shipped within 7 days from the receipt of the item from the client.

All photos received from the customer are considered the property of the client. All photos supplied to us from the client are considered license free. It is a condition of supplying the photo to My Tri, that My Tri can use any photo sent to us in our marketing and advertising of our products.

Photos are required in a high resolution. No responsibility is taken by My Tri for the insertion of low-resolution photos supplied by the customer.

All background photos used by My Tri are either the property of My Tri or a license has been issued for the use of the photo. No unauthorised use of the background photos is allowed.

If you require a sample of the finished product prior to framing, please advise us at time of order in the Notes field.

In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged from being in transit, please contact us via email, providing photo evidence of the damage. We will then arrange for the damaged item to be returned to us and once it has, we will send a replacement item, free of charge.

My Tri will not be held responsible for the customer’s Medallion if lost in the mail at the time of it being shipped to My Tri, or when being shipped with the completed product.

The limit of My Tri’s responsibility is the replacement of the memorabilia or a refund of the cost in full. (The retail cost of the item paid)

International Orders

Where the item is to be delivered overseas, delivery prices listed do not apply. Please contact us directly regarding the extra charges that do occur. For those wanting to order immediately, please feel free to do so, however, be prepared to be contacted regarding additional delivery fees that may apply to you. Items will be shipped when delivery payment has been made.

My Tri will strive to have your product delivered in a timely manner. All deliveries will be made through carriers that have a tracking service of your item.
